Your privacy is for ONDURO B.V. very important. We, therefore, adhere to the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with the online service ONDURO and the information that we learn about you.

Processing of personal data

By visiting our website, using our service, or by contacting us by telephone, chat, or e-mail, certain personal data may be processed and stored by us.

Sometimes we are responsible for the processing of the data. Sometimes we process the data on behalf of someone else. In that case, the other person is the “controller” with whom we have concluded a “processor agreement” about the data processing.

Not a customer or user yet?

Then we are responsible for the processing of your data. Consider, for example, the information you enter on an application form on our website or the information you provide to us via the chat form.

Are you an account administrator?

Then you are the controller and you must make agreements with each person whose data you process about the use and provision of their personal data. We process the entered data on your behalf based on the agreement concluded with you. You determine by which user’s data can be entered, viewed, changed, or deleted.

Are you a user with an account?

We process your personal data on behalf of the account manager. The latter has made agreements with you about the use and provision of your personal data.

We will not process your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above unless you have given your prior consent or we may or must do so by law.

Retention periods

ONDURO does not store personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the goals for which the data is collected.

Mobile app

We use a service provided by OneSignal to send push notifications to Android and iOS devices. By using our Android or iOS app, a unique identification code and general information about your device (type, brand, version) will be transmitted to OneSignal. This way we can then send push messages to you in a targeted manner.

You can opt-out of Onesignal related data collection by removing the app from your device, revoking push notification permissions on your device and adjusting the ad settings on your device, or by sending a message to Onesignal via their contact form. Provision to third parties

We will not provide your data to third parties without prior permission, unless this is necessaryfor the contact of the execution of the agreement or if this is required by law. The owner of the administrator account and the users designated by him are not “third parties” as defined in the previous paragraph.

Security

Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We constantly adjust security and pay close attention to what can go wrong. Besides, we use SSL certificates for secure communication between your browser and our servers.

We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data reliably or securely. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to adjust this privacy and cookie statement. Changes will be published on this website. So always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

View, change and delete your data

Always clearly state who you are, so that we can be sure that we do not modify or delete data from the wrong person. Please note that if the owner of the administrator account needs certain data (e.g. first name, last name, date of birth), we are not allowed to delete it. We, therefore, recommend that you initially discuss with the controller which data you want to have corrected or deleted.

You can object to advertising from ONDURO at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can indicate this when you receive a call. You can also pass this on via the chat function in your user account.

To file a complaint

If you feel that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority
