Functional cookies

Functional cookies ensure a user-friendly website and may be placed without your permission. We use functional cookies to remember certain information, such as the language settings or your login details. The functional cookies we use are:

Session Cookie

With the ONDURO session cookie we remember your login details, preferences, and settings.

Cookie Consent

We use a script to ask for your permission to place non-necessary cookies on our website. Your choise is stored in a cookie so that you do not have to make a choice every time.

Browser Update

We use the Browser Update script to notify visitors with an outdated browser that our website may not work properly in the installed version. Browser Update does not place tracking cookies and does not register IP adresses. Only anonymous browser and language statistics are recorded. Browser Update in some case places a cookie form CloudFare for security and to check whether the requesting device can be trusted. Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies are used to improve our website based on the behavior of our visitors. The analytical cookies we use may be placed without your permission because we anonymize the collected information as much as possible or you have given permission for this based on the agreement. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have concluded a processer agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses. Tracking cookies

Tracking cookies are used to identify an internet user on one or more websites. We place tracking cookies – with your permission – for example, to measure whether our advertisements lead to a request or registration. The tracking cookies we use are:

LinkedIn Advertising

We use conversion tracking to measure the success of advertisements placed by us on LinkedIn. This way we know wheter you have clicked on LinkedIn and have ended up on our website. Google AdWords

We use conversation tracking to measure the succes of advertisements placed by us on Google. This wat we know whether you clicked one of our advertisements on Google and ended up on our webiste. Other cookies

Intercom

We use Intercom to operate the online chat function. The data processed by Intercom for this purpose are browser data and data entered by you in the contact form or a chat conversation. We have concluded a processor agreement with Intercom. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. Intercom adheres to the Privacy Shield framework to meet data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United Stated. You can delete cookies automatically or manually via your browser. Many cookies are also automatically deleted after their expiration date.
