What are the costs for extra modules or support?BBThere are no additional costs for modules or support. Everything is included and you use what you need.
What are the payment options?BBThe cost of the subscription will be monthly in arrears deducted by direct debit.
When will I receive my invoice?BBYou will always receive the invoice on the first of the month. With the FLEX rate afterwards, with the FIXED rate in advance.
How do I receive my invoice?BBYou will receive an electronic invoice (PDF) by email. You can always view and download this again on your subscription page.
How are the costs calculated in the FLEX rate?BBYou pay an amount per worked (published) shift to a maximum of 5 shifts per employee. You never pay more than 5 shifts per employee per month.
How are the costs calculated in the FIXED rate?BBYou can pay a fixed amount per month anc can activate a certain number of employees in your account. You can activate or deactivate employees at any time.
Can I change my FIXED package at any time?BBYou can change the package at any time. We will then settle the difference in pakcage costs.
Can I always cancel my subscription?BBYou can cancel the subscription at any time. Our services and payment will stop at the end of the month. You can then use the account until the end of the payment period or delete it immediately.
